LCol A. A. Miller – Khaki Spats

Cream coloured khaki spats, or spatterdashes, belonging to LCol A. A. Miller with brown leather bands at bottom to go under boots, with column of nine buttons on side of each spat for closing them, and leather bands connected with two buttons on each side of the spats, four spats total with two for left foot and two for right foot.
