Button with crest of Royal Blackheath Golf Club.

LCol A. A. Miller – Royal Blackheath Golf Club Button

Gold tone brass metal round shank button with the crest of the Royal Blackheath Golf Club in the centre with a circular border around it and four sets of  symbols, possibly letters, in the border above each of the four images of the crest, which are a crown (possibly St. Edward’s), a thistle, St. Andrew with cross, and two golf balls on ground. The crest is divided into four sections diagonally by two crossing golf clubs forming an ‘X’ shape. The button is hollow and has a metal shank protrusion on the backside for sewing the button into clothing.
