Medals in a silver cigarette case. Engraved on the inner lid is ” Presented to RSM G M Stephen by the Officers – 48th Highlanders of Canada – 16 February 1951.

The photograph behind the case shows RSM F Wigmore, MM, CD on the left receiving the Regimental Sergeant Major’s Pace Stick from RSM George W.
