John "Jack" Docherty

PTE. DOCHERTY, JOHN THOMSON

As a member of the Anti-tank platoon, while his platoon was awaiting their orders to cross the Moro River. Docherty, one of three boxing brothers in the battalion, was wounded by shellfire and died that night.
