This offr as ADMS is in great measure responsible for the very efficient functioning of this fmn’s med services.  Prior to invasion his unremitting attention to detail was exemplary.  Unit problems were given his own personal attention and his interest in detail where he could be usefully helpful was unflagging.  His work has been characterized by close personal liaison conducted with unfailing energy.  His personal example under fire has raised the standard of rapid medical evacuation to a high degree.
