Capt John Donald Glover

Pre war he was in the QOR and at some point moved over to the 48th where he was a drill instructor.

At some point he left the 48th and moved to the 97th Regiment (Algonquin Rifles) which was the Militia unit in the area where he was from—- Orillia.

At the start of the war, he attested into the 4th Battalion CEF as a Lieutenant and was MIA at 2nd Ypres on 23 April 1915 and is commemorated on the Menin Gate.
