A “Citizen-Soldier”, he gives his time of emergency, useful to himself in in civilian life. In the Reserve Army, young men are given an opportunity to develop their qualities of leadership; learn new skills that develop physical fitness and mental alertness; meet new friends in the comradeship of the Service, while drawing full Service pay for their time spent in training….
