– Cards: Sent to members of the Officers’ Association by the Commanding Offcer, LCol Michael E. George (MID), CD to inform them of two events of the active regiment, the Officers baseball championship between Ontario and Quebec regiments and the upcoming Toronto Garrison Church Parade (Toronto Garrison was all the regiments in the Toronto Militia District).

48th Highlanders – Officer’s Association

Saturday, May 30th.

Visit of the Black Watch Baseball Team, winners of the Montreal Officer’s Garrison Baseball League, to play the 48th Highlanders, winners of the Toronto Garrison Baseball League.

Place – Fort York Armoury

Time – 8 p.m.

The Mess will be open and it s hoped a good representation of former officers and their ladies will be on hand to support our officer’s team.

Sunday, May 31st. – Garrison Church Parade

Place – Queen’s Park, south of Regimental Memorial.
