In the foreground on horseback is LCol Cosby, Commanding Officer. The picture is signed by the artist, Arthur H. Hider. The city of Toronto skyline is in the distant background. Notice the pipers are wearing the Davidson Tartan. In 1913 pipers changed to the Stewart of Fingask Tartan.
