Pte Dewar, R

Robert (Bob) Dewar is the youngest of the four Dewar brothers, all of whom learned to play bagpipes in the 48th Highlanders Pipes and Drums.  Bob joined the RCAF in 1940 and also played in the RCAF Pipes and Drums during the War.  He remained in the RCAF after the War and became an officer returning to the 48th Highlanders in the 1950s as Paymaster.
