Blazer Crest of Old Comrades Association on Davidson tartan

Crest for blazer. Crest is in metallic thread with falcon in silver and black above Old Comrades Association lettering in banner in red and gold. Crest is mounted on a piece of Davidson tartan and is all framed in black wood with glass cover.

Plaque of friendship of Dutch Canadians to 48th Highlanders

Brass plaque presented in May 1970 by Dutch Canadians of Toronto to recognize and commemorate the friendship between the Dutch and the 48th Highlanders for their participation with other Canadians in the Liberation of The Netherlands in 1944/45. The lion crest of Holland is at the top centre.
