Certificate accompanying War Service Badge

Certificate issued to Capt. A C H Andrews of the 15th Battalion that accompanied the War Service Badge. The badge was worn on civilian clothes to identify the wearer as serving or having served in the First World War. The certificate had to be carried when the badge was worn as method of verification.
