The Falcon, regimental magazine – Yearbook for 2019 – 2020. 8 1/2″ x 11″, 60 pages. The front cover shows the Pipes and Drums of the 1st Battalion, 48th Highlanders marching past the Het Loo Palace in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands on 20 April 1945. . The 48th Highlanders, as part of the 1st Brigade of the 1st Canadian Division, liberated Apeldoorn on April 17 1945.
