2 Highlanders (pipers) marching past guard, the Sgt is carrying refreshments. On reverse of card it says “Eddie has a list to starboard. Major Hendrie was down at the sea for an hour and shot a sea gull, some war. No trenches to speak of, some nights it was a little tough, but what a soft thing to what we expected. It was a rest from up here and okey dokey.”
