A brass, other ranks falcon collar badge with cotter pin, World War 2 era. This badge was made for the left collar and faced inward when worn. There would have been a corresponding badge made for the right collar (not with the donation), that also faced inward.
When both badges were worn, therefore, the falcons faced each other.
