A round, pin backed name badge for the 75th anniversary reunion of the regiment in 1966. There is a paper label that is inserted from the back of the badge on which is printed the attendee´s name: Mel O´Brien.

The outer rim of the badge is dark blue with 48th Highlanders of Canada in gold lettering. Within the dark blue band is a green field at the top with a falcon´s head in gold, space for the attendee´s name, and then a red field on which is printed in gold lettering: Reunion 75th Anniversary 1891-1966
