A 5.5 inch by 8 inch piece of paper mounted in a wooden frame stating a meeting will be held at 8pm on 21st October 1891 at Bailey’s Hall on Huron Street to form the men into eight companies to be presented to LCol Otter D.A.G. the following evening 22nd October 1891.
