Bugler Warring Tooze

Bugler Warring Tooze Formal Portrait Photograph

A black and white, head and shoulders, portrait of Bugler Warring (Warrie) Tooze. The photo shows Bugler Tooze from the mid breast and above. Just visible is a cloth bugler’s trade badge on his upper right arm. He appears to be wearing the Pattern 1902 Service Dress jacket (although not visible in the photo, presumably the jacket is the highland variant with cut-away skirts for the kilt.)

Written on the back of the photo:

Warren K. Tooze (1915)

Bugler – 134th Bn (48th Highlanders)

CEF (later 15th Bn (48th Highlanders

of Canada)
